«…Це Син мій возлюблений, слухайтесь Його!» (Мр. 9, 7).
Ось проблема: як перейти від абсурдного життя до покірного, від життя в глухоті до життя-слухання. Якщо ти стурбований, знервований, напружений чи пригнічений, то не слухаєш, тому що клопоти заповнюють весь твій внутрішній простір і не залишають місця для слухання. Ти не дозволяєш увійти Божому голосу. А Він промовляє: «Ти — завжди зі мною, і все моє — твоє». Намагайся слухати цей голос знову й знову.
Отже, слухання — це створення простору, в якому ти можеш чути голос, що говорить: «Ти — мій син возлюблений, ти — моя возлюблена дочка, в тобі моє уподобання, і все моє — твоє». Ціле Євавангеліє Ісуса полягає саме в цьому: «Все моє — твоє. Все, що я кажу, є для того, щоб ти почув; все, що знаю, — для того, щоб і ти знав; усе, що роблю, — для того, щоб і ти чинив так само». Ісус говорить: «Я не приховав від вас нічого з того, що отримав від Отця». Спробуй насправді почути Його слова і продовжуй слухати — щоб не забути. Це справді важка, але корисна праця.
Нехай Твої слова, Господи, западуть у моє серце. Нехай я увірую.
Really Listen To The Father
“This is my Son, the Beloved; listen to him!” Mark 9:7
The question is how to go from an absurd life to an obedient life, from a deaf life to a listening life. If you are anxious and nervous and tense and upset, you don’t listen because you are so anxious that you don’t have space to listen. You can’t let the voice of God come in. And God’s voice is saying, “You are with me always, and all I have is yours.” You must try to listen to that voice again and again.
So listening is creating the space in which you can hear the voice that says, “You are my beloved son, you are my beloved daughter, you are my favored son, you are my favored daughter. All of mine is yours.” The whole gospel, the whole message of Jesus is precisely that: “All that is mine is yours. All that I say is for you to hear, all that I know is for you to know, all that I do is for you to do.” Jesus is saying, “Nothing that the Father gave me do I hold back from you.” Really try to listen to that and keep listening so as not to forget. That’s a real but rewarding discipline.
