The festival of Ukrainian culture "Uketoberfest", which lasted on August 17-18, gathered fans of Ukrainian tradition, art and cuisine under one roof.
Festive events began with a grand opening on Saturday. Parish ensembles and famous artists performed on the stage, delighting the audience with folk dances and songs. Visitors also had the opportunity to enjoy a variety of Ukrainian dishes, including borscht, dumplings and traditional desserts.
The second day of the festival was marked by a special atmosphere. The morning began with a joint prayer "Our Father", which was conducted by Bishop Venedikt and parish priests. The "Irmos" choir performed the National Anthem of Ukraine and "God is Great, One". Afterwards, parish groups and professional artists performed on stage, which added bright notes to the festive event.
The organizers express their sincere gratitude to the volunteers who worked tirelessly to ensure that the festival was held at the highest level. Special thanks to the sorority, brotherhood, KMS, Irmos choir, other communities and everyone who helped in the organization. Your dedication and enthusiasm made this event unforgettable.
Special thanks to the sponsors for their generous contributions that helped make the festival possible. Your support is invaluable and we are glad to have you as part of our celebration.
We also express our gratitude to all participants and visitors who joined the fundraising in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the parish community. Your participation and generosity are truly important to us.
We look forward to new projects and events, which, we hope, will bring even more joy and inspiration.
This year, the festival was held for the tenth time.
